What PreciseDeck does

PreciseDeck converts PDF files into editable PowerPoint (PPTX) files using AI-powered document analysis. You upload a PDF, we process it, and you download a PPTX file. The service is provided as-is.

Your files and content

You retain all rights to your uploaded files and the generated output. We do not claim ownership of your content. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it for the purpose of conversion only.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert the files you upload. Do not upload files that contain illegal content or that you do not have permission to modify.

Payments and refunds

Conversions are priced per file based on page count. Payment is processed through Stripe before conversion begins.

If a conversion fails or produces an unusable result, contact us through our contact page and we will issue a refund or provide a free re-conversion.

Conversion quality

AI-powered conversion is not perfect. Complex layouts, unusual fonts, and heavily designed slides may not convert with 100% fidelity. We work to improve quality continuously, but we cannot guarantee pixel-perfect reproduction of every PDF. Font substitutions may occur when the original fonts are not available in PowerPoint.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or experience downtime. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Acceptable use

Do not use PreciseDeck to:

Process files containing malware or malicious content
Attempt to overwhelm or abuse the service with automated bulk requests
Reverse engineer or scrape the service
Violate any applicable laws

Limitation of liability

PreciseDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific conversion in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
