What we collect

When you use PreciseDeck, we collect only what we need to process your conversion and improve the service:

Your email address (if you sign in or purchase a conversion)
Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never see your full card number)
Basic usage analytics through Vercel Analytics (page views, not personal data)

Your uploaded files

This is what most people care about, so we will be direct:

Your PDF and generated PPTX files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of conversion
We do not read, analyze, or store your file contents beyond what is needed to perform the conversion
Your documents are never used to train AI models
All file transfers use TLS encryption
Files are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 with access-controlled URLs

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate PreciseDeck:

Reducto.ai for document parsing (your PDF content is sent to their API for processing)
Stripe for payment processing
Cloudflare R2 for temporary file storage
Vercel for hosting and analytics
Fly.io for backend hosting

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality (session management and conversion tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us at our contact page. Since we auto-delete files within 1 hour, there is typically nothing to delete on the file side.
