New: Email Notifications for Long Conversions
Nobody wants to stare at a progress bar for fifteen minutes.
When you're converting a short deck, the wait is fine. Upload, wait thirty seconds, download. But longer presentations take longer to process. A 100-page PDF might need several minutes to analyze, rebuild, and package into an editable PowerPoint. That's a long time to keep a browser tab open and hope your laptop doesn't go to sleep.
So we fixed it.
How It Works
When you convert a presentation through PreciseDeck, we now capture your email from the payment process. Once your conversion finishes, we send you an email with a direct download link. Close the tab, go make coffee, work on something else. The file will be waiting in your inbox.
This works for successful conversions and for the rare cases where something goes wrong. If a conversion fails for any reason, you'll get an email explaining what happened instead of wondering why the progress bar stopped moving.
Simple Pricing for Any Size
We also simplified the pricing to make it predictable regardless of how big your presentation is.
Short decks under 20 pages cost one dollar. Most NotebookLM exports and quick client decks fall into this category.
Medium presentations between 21 and 75 pages cost five dollars. This covers most workshop outputs, strategy decks, and research reports.
Large documents up to 150 pages cost ten dollars. Annual reports, comprehensive pitch books, and lengthy training materials fit here.
You see the price before you pay, based on the actual page count of your PDF. No subscriptions, no monthly tokens, no guessing how many credits you have left.
Why This Matters
The people who convert large presentations are often the ones who need the results most urgently. A consultant preparing for a board meeting doesn't have time to babysit a browser tab. An educator converting lecture materials for tomorrow's class has other prep to do. A researcher turning a lengthy paper into presentation slides wants to work on the content, not watch a progress indicator.
Email notifications mean you can start a conversion and move on with your day. The download link arrives when it's ready. You click, you get your editable PowerPoint, you get back to work.
This is one of those features that sounds small but changes how you use the tool. Converting a large PDF used to require dedicating attention to it. Now it's just another task you can fire off and forget about until it's done.
Try It Out
The next time you have a longer presentation to convert, you'll see a message letting you know we'll email you when it's ready. Feel free to close the tab. We've got it from here.
